If you have difficulty attending the clinic for your appointment we can provide assessments and treatments in the comfort of your own home.
Assessment and reports
At Physio in Action, our highly experienced physiotherapists will spend time with you in order to understand and accurately diagnose the nature and cause of your symptoms.
This wide ranging assessment may include assessment of medical and physical health, relevant social circumstances, occupational factors, pain and function.
Reports are available (sometimes with additional charge). This may be in the form of a progress report for your employer (subject to your consent) as per the occupational health guidelines or more commonly secondary to an insurance claim.
At the end of treatment a discharge summary can be sent to your GP summarising the treatment you have received and the outcome achieved.
